1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Yes! Oppa at yesoppa.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Yes! Oppa connects travelers with local crews and hosts worldwide for cultural, social, and travel experiences. We facilitate introductions and conversations; we are not a party to arrangements made between you and a crew member. Yes! Oppa is not a dating, escort, or companionship service, and any use of the Service for those purposes is prohibited under Section 4.

3. Account

You sign in with a third-party identity provider (Google). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to probe, scan, or breach security; sending unsolicited communications; or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Paid crew experiences are prepaid through PayPal once your route and schedule are confirmed in the chat. If you cancel, the following rules apply based on the time remaining before your date:

• 2 weeks or more before your date — full refund.
• Between 1 and 2 weeks before — 50% refund.
• Less than 1 week before — no refund.
• Once your crew member has started the online planning work (building or optimizing your route), about 20% of the payment is non-refundable at any point, because that part of the work has already been completed and delivered.
• PayPal fees are borne by the customer: the processing fee on your payment and the fee on the refund itself are deducted from the amount returned to you.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yes! Oppa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Community guidelines

To keep Yes! Oppa a safe, social travel space for everyone, all travelers and crew members agree to the following rules. Violations may lead to immediate suspension of the account involved.

1. Public-place meetings only. First-time meetings between a traveler and a crew member must take place in a public venue — a café, restaurant, tourist site, or other openly accessible space.
2. No private-lodging companionship. Hotels, guesthouses, short-term rentals, and other private accommodations are not appropriate meeting locations.
3. No sexual, romantic, or financial demands. Yes! Oppa is not a dating, escort, or companionship service. Soliciting or offering sexual services, romantic relationships, or money in exchange for personal favors is prohibited.
4. Adult travelers only. The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.
5. Reporting and enforcement. If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to moon@bytesmix.com. Reports are reviewed and, when warranted, the offending account is suspended or removed.
