River park mornings and warehouse cafes, this is where I'd take you on a Tuesday.

Why TTUKSEOM, why now

Ttukseom is gaining summer buzz in June 2026 as Seoul's riverside cafe and bar scene heats up. The Hangang waterfront strip around Ttukseom Station has seen a wave of new outdoor terrace cafes and popup bars capitalizing on the June riverside season.

1. Oatt Brunch

Oatt Brunch opens the course because you want the morning here before the light gets heavy. A brunch stop with generous portions and a cottage-like atmosphere sets the pace, the kind of place that doesn't rush you. Start slow, then let the rest of the day unfold toward the river.

Crew's note

I got us the corner. You sit facing the wall — better that way.

2. Ttukseom Hangang Park

Ttukseom Hangang Park closes the route when the bridge lights come on. The waterfront at night is what this strip is known for in summer, the reason the terrace bars and popup spots opened here in the first place. End the course where the riverside scene actually happens.

Crew's note

I wanted you to see this bridge at night first.

The walk between

The walk from the brunch spot to the park follows the Hangang waterfront strip that's drawing the summer crowd. You'll pass the new terrace cafes and popup bars that have opened along the riverside this season.

  • Plan for one dish per two people at the brunch stop, servings run large.
  • Come in June when the riverside terrace season is at its peak and the outdoor spots are all running.

FAQ

How long should I expect to wait for a table at the brunch spot?
Food comes out very fast according to visitors, and the space has plenty of smaller tables. Water is self-serve, so once you're seated the rhythm moves quickly.
Is the park built to handle large crowds if there's an event?
The park is small and neatly designed, but not scaled for very large gatherings. Visitors noted it felt crowded during the drone show, so if you're visiting during a scheduled event, plan to arrive early for space near the water.
