How far ahead should I book?

Earlier is safer — popular dates and weekends fill first, and starting early leaves more time to fine-tune the itinerary. But if your trip is next week, ask anyway.

What if my plans change during the trip — or I want more time?

No problem. You can adjust the route with your Crew member in real time, and extend hour by hour as long as their schedule is free. The online guide stays available throughout your trip.

How much does it cost?

From $25 an hour with a 4-hour minimum — a typical half-day around Seoul costs between $100 and $125. What's included and what's not is all in our honest price guide.

Do I pay for my Crew member's meals? Any other hidden costs?

Yes — day-of expenses like meals and entrance tickets are your responsibility for both of you; it's part of why the hourly rate stays this low. Beyond that there are no hidden fees: the hourly rate plus the day's actual expenses is everything.

How does payment work?

Once the plan is set in the chat, you pay upfront through a PayPal link. No cash envelopes — everything is documented for both sides.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Yes, and the policy is written down: full refund 2+ weeks before your date, 50% at 1–2 weeks, no refund under a week. If your Crew member has already delivered the itinerary planning, about 20% is non-refundable at any point.

Is there a separate group rate?

The base rate is for one traveler with one Crew member. Small groups of two or three are usually fine — the rate can shift a little with group size, so mention it in the chat and you'll get a clear quote before paying anything.

Do you have female Crew members (girlfriend rental)?

Yes — female Crew members with public profiles, and anyone can book any Crew member. Pick whoever you're most comfortable with; the price and the structure stay the same.

Is it safe as a solo female traveler?

The structure is built for it: publicly listed Crew members, a pre-agreed itinerary and meeting point, everything in writing, public places throughout. Most of our travelers travel solo.

Is there an age limit?

No. It's a sightseeing companion service, so anyone can book a day.

Only Seoul, or can I book in Busan too?
